Not necessarily. I can build a program around whatever you have access to. Full gym, home setup, dumbbells only. We work with what you've got.
A lot of my clients stay on. Once we've built the foundation, we can shift into maintenance, continue pushing toward new goals, or transition you to a lighter-touch option. We'll figure out what makes sense for you when we get there.
