I spent years stuck in the same cycle. Trying things, seeing a little progress, falling off, starting over. I blamed myself for not being disciplined enough. Turns out the problem was never discipline. It was the approach.

  • You don't want feedback on your form. Video check-ins are part of how this works. If you're not comfortable submitting videos, we're not a fit.

How much does it cost?

The investment is $2,200 for 16 of 1:1 coaching weeks. That breaks down to about $550/mo for fully customized nutrition, personalized training, weekly coaching, form feedback, direct access to me, and a plan that actually adapts as you progress. Payment plans are available if that works better for you.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes. We can split the investment into payments if that works better for you. We'll talk through the options on our call.

How is this different from other coaching programs?

Most programs hand you a plan and leave you to figure it out. I don't do that. I look at your numbers weekly. I adjust your macros based on what's actually happening. I watch your form videos and give you real feedback. You have direct access to me between check-ins. This is high-touch, not high-volume.

What if I've tried everything and nothing has worked?

That's actually who I work with best. Most of my clients have been at this for years. They've done the diets. They've tried the apps. They've followed the influencers. The difference here is that I'm looking at YOUR data and adjusting YOUR plan every single week. You're not following a template and hoping for the best.

What if I have a busy schedule or travel a lot?

We build around your life, not the other way around. Your training program is designed for your schedule and your equipment access. If things shift mid-program, we adjust. That's the whole point.

How much time does this actually take?

Training is 3-4 sessions per week, depending on your schedule. Tracking your food takes a few minutes a day once you get the hang of it. Weekly check-ins take about 10-15 minutes. This isn't meant to take over your life. It's meant to fit into it

Do I need a gym membership?

Not necessarily. I can build a program around whatever you have access to. Full gym, home setup, dumbbells only. We work with what you've got.

What happens after 16 weeks?

A lot of my clients stay on. Once we've built the foundation, we can shift into maintenance, continue pushing toward new goals, or transition you to a lighter-touch option. We'll figure out what makes sense for you when we get there.

What if I don't see results?

If you're tracking, training, checking in, and doing the work... you'll see results. That's not a maybe. The method works. My job is to keep you consistent and make sure the plan keeps adapting to you. Zero clients have asked for a refund because the ones who commit get what they came for.
